Meningioma after contralateral hemispherectomy for malignant glioma: case report.

A patient is described who successfully underwent cerebral hemispherectomy for malignant glioma and whose death nine months later, wrongly ascribed to recurrent malignancy, was in fact due to a subsequently-developing benign meningioma in the remaining hemisphere.
